Students have a choice between a range of 1+1 and 2+1 bedroom flats. Flats consist of a combined kitchen/living room, a private bathroom (WC, washbasin, shower) and at least one separate bedroom. A TV satellite system is set in place, offering a variety of channels including MBC channels.  All the flats have a remote control air-condition in the living room.

Rent payments are to be made in advance. Utility bills and internet are not included in the rent. Service and electricity bills are to be paid monthly where electricity bills depend on usage as issued by the TRNC Electricity Board. The monthly service charge includes the usage of water, council charges, sewage system charges, cleaning and lights of communal areas.
